What are closed and open projects?
A closed project is hidden from the All Projects tab on the Forum screen and is only visible to a select group of users. Only the select user group can contribute to closed projects.
An open project is displayed in the All Projects tab on the Forum screen and is visible to all users. All users can contribute to open projects.
