How do I share a summary of my findings?
Users can create a formatted report showing when and where their observations were made, displaying their observations on a map, summarizing their observations in a table, and describing their findings in words. Use the following steps to create a report in PDF format:
- Use the filters on the Explore screen to indicate for which observations you want to create a report.
- Tap the Download button above the map on the Explore screen.
- Choose Report in PDF format.
- A screen will appear, giving users the option to share the report via text message, social media, or email. They can also choose to save the report by selecting Save to Files and share it later.
- When saving to Files: Open your device’s Files app and search for “TEC_Observations_[download date].pdf” to find your report.
